Request for Qualifications (RFQ)

The purpose of this RFQ is to identify a marketing firm that can serve as a strategic communications and implementation partner for HCCOCO. The selected firm will support ongoing website maintenance, annual Healthcare Career Summit marketing and functionality needs, and broader promotion of HCCOCO programs, initiatives, and projects across healthcare system partners and community stakeholders on an as-needed basis.

This RFQ is only open to firms located in the United States with preference to those with physical locations in or near to Central Ohio.

RFQ Clarifications:

  • Budget: Total cost for the full scope of services must not exceed $50,000.
  • Full scope: Proposals should encompass the full scope of work rather than individual service categories, and work must be completed by one firm. Certain services may ultimately be engaged on an optional or project basis.
  • Subcontracting: Subcontracting is not preferred.
  • Location: Firms must be U.S.-based, with a strong regional presence in Ohio preferred.
  • On-site support: In-person presence is required for Healthcare Career Summit-related on-site services. Remote delivery is appropriate for web services and web-based products.
  • Website platform: HCCOCO currently uses Wix and Wix Studio and prefers to remain on these platforms unless doing so becomes prohibitive for the project.
  • Healthcare Career Summit: Summit-related needs include website administration, forms/tracking, student and teacher guides, videography, and event-related support. The Summit is not publicly promoted.
  • References: At least two client references are required, and references must be clients of the bidding firm/legal entity.
  • Proposal deadline: Proposals are due October 31, 2026 by 11:59 EST.
