Workforce Development Network Director

The Workforce Development Network Director serves as the primary leader, facilitator, and champion of the Central Ohio Workforce Development Network (COWDN), a collaborative of workforce development and workforce-adjacent organizations working together to improve employment outcomes, economic mobility, and employer engagement across Central Ohio. 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Public Administration, Nonprofit Management, Workforce Development, Human Services, Community Development, or demonstrated experience in related fields such as, nonprofit leadership, economic development, community development, education, public sector partnerships, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success managing multi-stakeholder initiatives, coalitions, networks, or collaborative partnerships.
  • Experience facilitating groups, building consensus, and influencing without direct authority.
  • Experience managing complex projects with multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and use findings to improve performance and outcomes.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
