Employers receive reimbursement for 50% of eligible training costs, supporting workforce skill development.

Small employers with fewer than 50 employees can receive up to $50,000 in training reimbursement per fiscal year.

Medium-sized employers (51-100 employees) are eligible for a maximum of $40,000 in annual training reimbursement.
