10 Year Anniversary 

This year, Aspyr proudly celebrates its 10th birthday as an organization dedicated to strengthening Central Ohio’s workforce ecosystem. What began as a commitment to better connect people, employers, education, training, and community resources has grown into a regional force for collaboration and innovation. Over the past decade, Aspyr has remained focused on a simple but powerful belief: when individuals have access to opportunity and employers have access to talent, our entire region becomes stronger.

Through changing economic conditions, evolving employer needs, and a rapidly shifting labor market, Aspyr has continued to adapt, lead, and convene. Today, the organization serves as a trusted partner for jobseekers, employers, educators, public agencies, community organizations, and workforce leaders working together to build more effective pathways to meaningful employment. From advancing career services and employer engagement to supporting regional initiatives and collective impact strategies, Aspyr’s first decade reflects the power of partnership and the importance of keeping people at the center of workforce development.

As we celebrate this milestone, we do so with deep gratitude for the staff, board members, partners, funders, employers, educators, and community leaders who have shaped Aspyr’s journey.
