JOBSEEKERS GOAL:
Match more jobseekers to opportunities that lead toward prosperity
Provide services to potential WIOA jobseekers outside the Franklin County OhioMeansJobs Center
Expand
Expand mobile job unit and job center-sponsored events.
Engage TDS's in promoting WIOA supportive services.
Improve alignment of Aspyr/OMJ services.
Promote the transition of entry-level employees to mid-level employees by developing transferable skills for the local economy through connections to training and support of apprenticeship and other on-the-job training programs

Share outcomes from Aspyr supportive services.
Develop messaging and better engage populations eligible for supportive services.
Develop and share career framework and pathway models with jobseekers.
Ensure that workforce data informs education and training programs so that jobseekers complete programs with skills needed for employment

Leverage data and national models to develop equitable strategies for connecting jobseekers with high wage career paths.
